7	Outlook ECR has recovered from a steady decline in account balances due to our membership heeding the call for door and other donations (about $1,200 each since August – donations ranging from $5 to $450) – Thank you VERY much!!! The Board has adapted a more budget-focused operation and was able to control cost better With continuing door donations the Club should be able to end the fiscal year 2008 with about $2,500 more in our MoneyMarket account than in March of 2007 Next focus: Membership drive

10	Structure and Terms 6 Board Members 2-year terms Yearly election of half the board Officers determined by Board Administrator/President: Lou Secretary: Ed Treasurer: Oliver Members at Large: Randy, Craig, Matt Removal and Recalls
11	Membership Levels Associate Members: Class Members (BMP and Advanced) Perks: Club nights, reduced fees for dances where applicable, club communications Full Members: Graduated Plus this year, or Graduated Plus in past, and paid yearly dues Perks: Associate, plus: Voting rights, copy of Bylaws, badge, can hold office Dues Set by Board Due October 1^st First year included in Plus Class fee
12	Elections Ballots go out 2 weeks before elections Elections will be February 27, 2008 Current board members leaving or up for re-election: Lou, Randy, Oliver Secret ballots (but Secretary will need to be able to determine validity) Need volunteer election committee 3 top vote getters will be elected, if they each get >50% of the votes In case of a tie (for 3^rd), toss of coin
